"It took a bit longer than I thought..."
It took a bit longer than I thought it would, which was a little annoying because I kept checking and wondering when it was actually going to show up, but in the end it did arrive and everything was fine, so I can’t really complain too much.

"Way Too Pricey for Such an Average Beer"
Budweiser is fine if I catch it on sale, but paying full price feels a little ridiculous. It’s not bad, but the taste is average, and there are cheaper beers out there that are just as good, if not better. The website is okay too, but nothing that blew me away. It really feels like you’re paying for the big name more than the actual beer, which is kind of tragic

It tasted fresh, so that was nice, but the overall quality felt average this time. Nothing bad, just not as good as I was hoping

"Never Available When I Look"
It’s frustrating. I went on budweiser.com just trying to find where I could buy the beer I wanted, but everything kept showing as unavailable near me. I even tried a few different zip codes around my area and got the same result. I get that stock can vary, but it feels like the basic decent thing would be to keep the locator accurate so people don’t waste their time. What’s the point of the tool if I still can’t actually find it anywhere?

"Packaging was fine, but clearly not handled with much care"
The box itself looked okay when it arrived, but a few of the cans were dented. Nothing was completely ruined, but it does make you wonder if someone was a little careless with it during packing or shipping.

"Wrong order, and support didn’t really help"
I ordered a Budweiser hoodie and two glass sets from budweiser.com, but what arrived wasn’t right. The hoodie was the wrong size, and there was only one glass set in the box. To be fair, the packing slip did list the correct items, which made it even more confusing how the order got messed up.
I emailed support with photos and got a generic reply at first, but after that I didn’t hear anything back. Mistakes happen, so I wasn’t expecting perfection, but I did expect some kind of real fix. Overall, it was just a frustrating experience

"Looks good, but not gonna lie, it’s a little clunky"
Not gonna lie, Budweiser.com looks nice at first and it works fine for the most part. But actually finding what I was looking for was more annoying than I expected. A few pages loaded kind of slow, and the menus weren’t super clear, so I had to click around more than I should have. I was still able to check out the products and get around the site, but the whole experience felt just okay. Not terrible, just average

"In the end, I still didn’t..."
In the end, I still didn’t get any real help. I had an issue with my order and tried reaching out to Budweiser, but I kept getting passed around and waiting forever for replies. When they finally did respond, it felt like they weren’t actually answering my questions. it seemed like they just wanted me to give up and go away. Disappointing experience

"Checkout Was More Confusing Than It Should’ve Been"
I tried ordering from budweiser.com, but the checkout process was frustrating. After I entered my address, the page kept freezing, and then my cart got wiped out twice. When I finally made it to the payment page, I got some random error message with no real explanation or next steps. I expected clearer instructions or at least a helpful message telling me what went wrong. After about 20 minutes of messing with it, I just gave up. Way too annoying for something that should’ve been quick and simple.

"The promos are fine, I guess"
The discounts are nice when they actually go through, so that part’s cool. It’s just a little frustrating when they randomly don’t work right, but you know, totally fine, not annoying at all

"Not really a fan anymore"
I don’t know... budweiser just doesn’t feel like a brand I trust much these days. The whole vibe feels kind of off to me, the beer isn’t good enough for me to look past that. I used to grab it without thinking, but not anymore. I won’t be buying it again
